Glia opened in 2024 inside the ASEM campus in Chișinău. It is not a coworking space. It is a programme house with a building attached.
Moldova does not lack women with ideas. It lacks the infrastructure that turns an idea into a company: somewhere to test it, people who have done it before, and a path to capital that does not depend on already knowing the right person.

The mission is deliberately larger than the building: cultivating Moldova’s women-led business ecosystem, and moving the country toward genuine financial gender equality.
